Based in Los Angeles, Violet Yebeyan is a strategic marketing leader with a passion for building brands, scaling growth, and creating meaningful partnerships. With over 13 years in marketing and more than 20 years in finance, she brings deep expertise across consumer lending, fintech, and affiliate marketing. As Chief Strategy Officer at IM Group Marketing, Violet focuses on expanding marketing channels and developing sustainable, high-impact growth strategies. She previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Kapital Solutions, The Richmond Group, and LoanMe, where she led major brand evolutions and go-to-market initiatives. At LoanMe, a California-based lender operating across Consumer, Small Business, and Mortgage lending in over 30 states, Violet built and scaled the marketing team from the ground and under her leadership, the company generated over $280MM in Consumer production and $185MM in Small Business production, while successfully launching its Mortgage division in April 202. Violet is known for building high-performing teams and creating omni-channel ecosystems that balance growth with long-term stability. Outside of her professional work, she is actively involved as a board member of the Family Rescue Fund and is a member of CHIEF, supporting and connecting women in executive leadership.
